Electric fan



An electric fan is a blessing of science. During summer when we feel hot an electric fan with its artificial winds refreshes us and makes cool. An electric fan is simply an electric motor to which the blades are fixed so that when the motor of the rotates the blades spared the air. There are three different types of fans. These are(1)D.C table fan or ceiling fan,(2)A.C table or ceiling fan, (3)A.C/DC table or ceiling fan. There is some different in the mechanism of A.C fans form that of D.C. The rotating port of the A.C fan is called rotor. And the stationary part of A.C .fan is called a starter or armature. The speed of the  fans is controlled by a regulator. The main element of an electric ceiling fan are blade ,shank, motor, black cover, head bolt .upper cover , capacitor, housing, split pin, hanging rod etc. Now-a-days pedestal fan box fan and many other fans are generally used .thus it is a great achievement of science. A electrical fan is a machine used to flow within a fluid typically a gas such  as air . The fan consists of a rotating  arrangement of vanes or blades  which act on the air. Usually, it is contained within some form of house of case . This may direct the airflow or increase safety by preventing objects form contacting the fan blades .most fan are powered by electric motors , but other sources of power may  be used. Electrical revolving blade fans are made in a wide rang of designs.Ina home you can finds fans that can be put on floor or table, or hung form the ceiling or are built into a windy. ELECTIRC WIRING


The term electric means the system of electrical wires and components in a machine, car, house etc. It is used for carrying an electric current to an appliance. The regulation for electrical installation classify  as indoor wiring ,outdoor wiring and temporary wiring.
Indoor or outdoor wiring comprises all the wires, cords and cables installing within a  building together with their fixings and their means of support and protection. Interior wiring can be installed either unprotected or protected by the use of insulated wires. Such wiring can be exposed or open or concealed (which is made under the plaster of the wall).                                                        
                                                                      

Outdoor wiring installed with bear, protected or insulated wires and with cables which may be supported from the outdoor surfaces of building walls, or strung on
Poles or the support. Temporary wiring is installed or construction sites for lighting and other purposes and is intended for a short period of service.

One type of wiring with which most of us are familiar is that which uses insulated metal sheathed wire. The commercial insulated metal –sheathed wire is rolled ups in a coil and supplied in this form .This type consists of one or several insulated conductors additionally provided with a common cost of insulating bacterial and a covering metal.


When long lines of insulated metal sheathed wire are to be installed , the electrical fitters usually take wire directly off the coil. When short lines are to be installed the required length of the wire is measured out by means of a rural   and taking into account and making allowance for the  connection at branching boxes etc. Cut of  from the coil. Side nippers are used for cutting the wire. Branch boxes, switches, and wall sockets are fastened by means of wooden screws. The type of wiring just  described is suitable for many domestic purpose, but are occasions, when it is desirable to pass the wires through a PVC pipe (poly vinyl chloride) or conduits (a tube  for protecting insulated  electric wires) to give added protection. One type of  conductor used consists of an iron sheath coated with leads. New-a-days PVC pipes are mostly used. These conduits are first installed according  to fixed routes . Nest, the branch boxes are mounted and finally the electric wires are in the electric wires are in the conduits. For running the wires into the conduits an inserting tape of steel is entrance point of the  line. This point may be a branch box, ceiling outlet or the point where a switch is to be connected . The inserting tape is then pushed through to the next outlet and drawn until the eyelet of the  inserting  tape gets close to the  entrance  point. The conducting wires are  bared at the ends twisted and tied to the eyelet. In a factory wires have to be laid on the floor to connect machines. The wires are usually laid in steel or mounted lining is similar to that of a conduit with a lead coated iron sheath. It is because greater protection for the conducting wires is necessary.
